Step 01
Build your team
Teams are three people, no more, no less. One captain creates
the team, picks the team name, and gets a 6-character invite code. Captain
shares the code with two teammates; teammates use it to join.
- Captain creates first. The team name is set at creation; teammates can't change it.
- Teammates join with the code. They each register individually — same form, "Join with a code" tab.
- Need teammates? Talk to a coach or the front desk — we'll connect solo signups to people looking for a third.
- Pick something catchy. Team names show on the leaderboard and TV all month.
Wrong nickname? Hit the Update nickname tab on the
registration form — type your email, type a new name, save. Team names get
changed by Daniel; ping him.
Step 02
How you score
Every action below banks points for your team's total.
Individual contributions are tracked too — top scorers across the whole challenge
get called out separately.
| Action |
Points |
Notes |
| Attend a class |
10–40 |
Any format — Lagree, strength, mobility, yoga. All formats count equally. Per-class points are weighted by your membership pack — see note below. |
| Hit a community event |
10 |
Run club sprints, coffee cart purchases, more dropping through the month. |
| Bring a guest |
25 |
3 guest passes per person. Cap of 3 guest visits = 75 max per person. |
| Weekly team sweep |
30 |
All 3 teammates each attend ≥3 distinct class days in the same week (Mon–Sun). 10 pts per teammate, banked as a single team bonus. Flat — no pack-tier weighting. |
| Weekly bonus action |
5 |
The neck-and-neck closer — a quick weekly action that can swing a tight race. Changes each week. |
About class points — same effort, same reward.
If your membership bundles fewer classes per month, each one is worth more, so the math evens out across plans. A 10-pack member putting in 10 classes lands the same as an unlimited member showing up 20 times.
- Unlimited: 10 pts per class
- 10-pack: 20 pts per class (×2)
- 5-pack: 40 pts per class (×4)
Step 03
Weekly themes
Each week has a focus and a 5-point bonus action that drops at the start of the week — quick wins for tight races.

Step 04
Community events
Each one is worth 10 pts and counts toward your team total.
The list grows through the month — keep an eye on the studio and our socials.
-
Make a coffee cart purchase.
Firm Foundation Coffee on-site Tues/Wed/Fri all May, plus a Saturday pop-up on May 16.
Sign your name on the Coffee Order Sheet for credit. One purchase per event — but stack multiple events to keep banking points.
-
Join a Run Club sprint.
Fridays in May, 6am meet · 6:15am run with Dr. Jordan and Dr. Emily from PowerPhysio. Greenway loop, coffee waiting at SWC after.
Check in with Jordan or Emily to get credit — every Friday you show up stacks more points.
- More to come. We'll drop new ones into this list as the month rolls. Same scoring, same flow.
Guest passes
Bring your people
Every registered member receives a 3-pack of guest passes for May.
Use them to invite friends — every guest visit nets the team 25 pts.
- Cap per person: 3 guest visits, max 75 points from guests per person.
- Cap per team: if all three of you max guests, that's 225 points from guests alone.
- Same-day check-in counts. Front desk logs the guest at the door — points may take up to 24 hours to show on the leaderboard.
Tracking
How points actually land
The leaderboard updates daily.
- Class attendance: make sure you check in for every class!
- Event attendance: sign in at the event. Processed the next day.
- Bonus actions: see each action for details when it's released.
- Sweeps: calculated automatically — at the end of each week, if all 3 teammates hit 3+ distinct class days, the bonus fires.
Sweeps in May — 5 chances total. Weeks run Mon–Sun, so the calendar gives you four full weeks plus a short opener. The opener is Fri May 1 → Sun May 3: with only three days to work with, every teammate has to come all three days to hit the 3-day threshold. Show up together that weekend and you bank the first sweep before the full weeks even start.
Find a missing point? Email or message Daniel directly.
Prizes
What you're playing for
The prizes are real — but the real win is the experiences you gain along the way.
New class formats. New teammates. The thrill of a tight race in week four. The quiet
pride of a clean Mon–Sun sweep. A team text chain that outlives the challenge.
The list below is the icing.
- Mountain weekend raffle: a weekend at the mountains, drawn from everyone who hits the entry threshold. Threshold + details soon.
- Podium prizes: the top teams take home the trophies. Specifics dropping soon.
- MVP shout-outs: top scorers, most class variety, most events attended.
Fine print
The small stuff
- Late joiners welcome. Teams can register all the way through the end of the challenge. Late teams get retroactive credit for any classes already attended in May — jump in any time.
- It's a game. Above everything else, remember we're here to have fun. Play hard, root for your team, root for the other teams too, and don't lose sight of the point — we're sweating together and stacking good memories. Trash talk welcome; bad vibes left at the door.
- Anything off? Just ask. If a class didn't credit, attendance looks wrong, or you've got a question — drop Daniel a message. We'll take a look and sort it out together.
- Make-up policy. If you're sick or traveling and miss most of a week, that's just how it shakes out — no make-up classes or pity points. The format is built for casual + competitive at the same time.
- Team changes. Once your team is set up, message Daniel to make any changes — swapping a teammate, fixing a name, anything.
- Privacy. Your nickname (not your email) is what shows on the leaderboard / TV. Pick something you're happy seeing in front of the studio.
- Conduct. Standard SWC behavior — be a teammate, be a member, be kind to coaches and FD. Egregious stuff (harassment, dishonesty) means forfeiture.
- Tiebreaker. If two teams finish dead even, we'll either have them duke it out in some kind of parking-lot battle or flip a coin. Haven't decided yet.
- Subject to change. If something here is unclear or broken, please flag it to Daniel so we can take action and update the page.
